THE BENEFITS WITHOUT THE MESS...
Diaphragm Rupture Protected One Nut pumps are
capable of:-
-
Dry Lift up to 3.3 metres.
-
Anti-stall ie Restart against closed open valve
without pressure relief or damage. Work against
a closed valve without damage.
-
Working 24 hours a day 7 days a week on process
type applications and are portable, pneumatic,
available ex stock and manufactured in the UK.
-
Hygienic Pumps - An integral T-bar replaces the
single fixing nut offering tool free
maintenance. PTFE and polished stainless steel
internals combine to create the ultimate
hygienic pump.
-
Jacketed Pumps - the design of the Flotronic
pump makes it a simple matter to add a hot or
cold or steam jacket as an integral part of the
pump. Completely surrounding the fluid being
pumped with hot or cold water or steam keeps it
at an ideal temperature.
-
Pulsation Dampers - A damper can be fitted
directly to the discharge manifold of the pump
to remove up to 95% of a given pulsation. The
damper can also be retrofitted into existing
pipelines.
-
Metering Systems - A simple bolt on pneumatic
counter package and/or solenoid control valve
will regulate a number of cycles and/or stroke
lengths to achieve accuracy to within +/-2%.
-
Duplex Systems - For higher capacity
applications two pumps can be supplied mounted
together with common suction/discharge
connections which work out of phase to give a
smoother flow.
A line of process pumps, fitted with Rupture
Protection systems as standard (alarm optional) and
with high integrity machined body and manifolds is
launched by FPL. Process connections are normally
flanged but other fittings are available.

PTFE diaphragms achieve exceptionally long life
using modified stroke Kevlar technology.
Pumps can continue to operate safely even in the
event of primary diaphragms rupture (can shut down
if preferred.) |
